Well, when I noticed that some of my friends lost their hard-earned Google Page Rank (PR), I posted a few tips about how search engines will see your site/blog and how they rank your sites. I included many suggestions based on the guidelines of the major search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN. Most other search engines either follow the algorithms of Google or a combination of the major three. Now John too has problems with the ranking system of Google, I posted a few essential guidelines in his blog, which you can read here (CLICK, it is worth reading). As you can see from John’s blog, a very pertinent question arises. That is, will you go about your main interest of blogging, or will you waste your time in finding out technicalities? Obviously it is NOT possible for everyone to know everything. But the slope-side too is there. That is you work hard, earn a good PR based on which you are paid and if that basis (PR) is robbed of you, it is painful, isn’t it? Frustration sets in, as an aftershock. Can we over come it? Well, YES. Without breaking your head? Well, YES, YES. Come to know more. I will be posting step-by-step guidelines. You are welcome to post questions. I will answer them in this blog. Let us put our heads together and solve problems. Cooperation and sharing always helps.

Thanks for the comments on my blog entry. It would be interesting to do something that might end up as the step by step instructions on how to create a blog that will have a high Page Rank. I am not a very patient person, and as I look around, I see that most descriptions tend to be too technical, using terms I am not familiar with. I know it sounds simplistic, but I would like a step by step walk-through of the process, taking each feature and giving the do's and don'ts of it. Such as - The header should be this or that, the title within the header should be including this or that. You certainly seem to have some good ideas, and have thought of things that never occurred to me. You might want to do this over quite a few days, otherwise it would be hard on your brain! I for one will be happy to put a permanent link to it if it does the job. I have done similarly on forum pages relating to methods of working on cars, and it was quite popular. But this subject is quite complex, I think, compared to car mechanic work. Thanks again for the help.

I know it may be a bit difficult for many people to understand terminology. But we cannot help it, simply because everyone use them and the same terms are used technologically. We have to put up with it.
It will be easier to answer questions, rather than giving a complete list of do's and don'ts. Then the question of availability of time is also there.
Essentially, your URL/website/blog name, your header/title, the alt tags, title tags, etc should contain what your blog/post/page is about. If I explain them with examples you will understand them. It is quite easy. BTW, did you read my email reply? It contains an analysis of your site on Asian chicks.
I visited your site too. I find that you do not use labels. Labels serve as keywords. They have other purposes too.
Additionally, if the photos used are of known persons, give their names in the title of the post, labels and the text.
I have saved your blog for analysis. I will revert back after doing that.
